Mission Statement

To discreetly provide exclusive global supply chain logistics for Military and Law Enforcement defense articles to meet specific needs necessary to enhance both individual survivability in multi-climatic, harsh or urban environments and increase our clients’ technical and tactical proficiency, Day or Night, through our extensive network of manufacturers.

Defense Condition One (Defcon-1) is a U.S. based defense contractor with offices in Pennsylvania.  Defcon-1 began operations almost ten years ago in retail sales to civilians and Law Enforcement agencies, and is currently strictly Law Enforcement, Agency and Government sales service oriented with a focus on the International market. 

 

Our team is comprised of experts in BATF compliance and International Defense Contracting as well as many other fields.  The team is comprised of a unique mix of multi-talented professionals with a variety of backgrounds varying from Emergency Services, Political Science, to Professional Engineering, and former U.S. Army Airborne Rangers.

 

Our network of associates includes line operators and product representatives with major accounts created with many well known U.S. suppliers and manufacturers.  We are also proud of our history of successful business with clients and International manufacturers from all over the world to include several countries in Southeast Asia, Africa, South America, the Middle East and the United States of America. 

Defcon-1 is registered with the U.S. State Department, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls as a certified Exporter of a wide range of products, commodities, and luxury items, including but not limited to, Defense Articles. Defcon-1 is subject to regulation and compliance under the ITAR (International Trafficking of Arms Regulations) Laws, U.S. Treasury-Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms, and Federal NFA regulations, as well as Pennsylvania State Police and County firearms acquisition and disposition procedures. All import / export or brokering operations are subject to prior approval by any of the above mentioned governing entities as well as US Commands.  No Warranties or Guarantees are implied.
